Mert Müldür: "Our focus right now is the Benfica match"

Fenerbahçe defeated Kocaelispor 3-1 in the third week of the Trendyol Super League. Following the match, Fenerbahçe player Mert Müldür spoke to the press. Speaking about his shoulder injury, Müldür said, "I don't have any major problems right now. Like everyone else, I'm trying to do my best for the team. I don't have the luxury of rest during this crucial period. I want to contribute to my team, and we're in a very important period. Sharing his thoughts on playing in different positions, Müldür said, "There's not much that changes for me. Whether we play with a 3 or a 4, for example, you can help more attacks with a 4, but you can help in the same way with a 3, so it doesn't matter much with a 3 or a 4; I can play in both systems very comfortably."

Müldür emphasized that their sole focus as a team is the UEFA Champions League play-off second leg against Benfica, saying, "This is a very important match for us. We definitely want to qualify for the Champions League. It won't be easy, but I can guarantee you that the entire team will do their best there."
